Just wanted to pass along my thanks for your DayTeller calendar clock. I just placed an order for a family friend. Earlier this year my sister ordered one for my mother who is 87 and has Alzheimer’s. She was frequently confused and stressed because she didn’t know what day it was. That one small purchase has made a world of difference for my mother, given her back some dignity and greatly improved her quality of life. I am now ordering one for a family friend and would highly recommend this product.

| I bought the Day Teller for my Mom, age 85, who has problems remembering the day of the week, month, date, etc. She loves it and it has been a huge help to her in remembering day and date. It is truly the only product that provides this simple information, without a lot of other distracting and complicated information. Bottom line - we love the product and it has been a real benefit for my Mom. |

| Thanks so much for making this clock available. My father has the paper delivered daily just so he will know what day it is and still gets his medications messed up at times. He also has cataracts and could not see the small day display that is included on some digital clocks. Has to use a magnifying glass to see the date on the paper. |

| Hi Van, Last week I was telling my sister about your Day Teller that I wanted to buy for our dad. Her face brightened up and she said OH! I don't believe it! I have been looking for something like that for Tim! Tim is her 29 year old son who suffered a tramatic brain injury 6 years ago in a car accident. He is still recovering and has very short term memory loss so even daily events are difficult for Tim to recall. I thought this would be the perfect gift for his birthday! His vision is also affected and the BIG letters will be a great help. Thanks Van for inventing this product.
By the way, I will be ordering two Day Tellers today. This will be a great gift for my 87 year old dad. He is still pretty sharp but does get alittle confused with days and dates. Although he doesn't acknowledge or admit this. So I have to be subtle about it. But I know he will realy like this clock!

| Dear Van Hardin, Our mother is in the beginning stages of Alzheimers and having trouble remembering the day of the week, month and year. Dad passed away in August and no longer there to remind her and help her when she can't remember. I had given them a picture frame with a digital readout of the day, month, year and time but the lettering is very small and hard to read. The letters and numbers on your clock are much larger and more readable. Mother was a teacher, walking dictionary and phone book, but now very much aware that her memory is not what it used to be. Thank you for making this available and hopefully making life for mother a little easier. I very much enjoy listening to you and Bonnie in the morning! |

Thanks so much for following through on this clock. Our Dad had a stroke a year ago, and he can't remember the day of the week. We had a marker board in his home but are no longer able to use that.... we saw your clock at the Assisted Living facility (Mill Pond) in Ankeny.... and we know this will be a huge benefit for him. I enjoy listening to you & Bonnie "every morning." I thought your "DayTeller" sounded like something my parent's could use, (Dad will be 85 this August) but I forgot to order it until late last Wed. afternoon (June 15th). I ordered it on-line & downloaded a picture to show them what they would receive after Father's Day. But they received it on Saturday with our gift card enclosed. What a "GREAT" surprise that they received it before Father's Day. It set it self within a short time so they were able to enjoy it immediately. Thanks again for the fast service to Prairie City.

As an advocate for older Iowans, I appreciate your inventiveness in solving a problem - especially for Grace, but also for the many older Iowans who struggle with this same issue. Wouldn't it be wonderful if all care facilities made your DayTeller standard equipment in all of their patients' rooms!!

We received our clock today. Even I, the challanged one, managed to get it out of the box, set it, and hang it on the wall. It re-set itself on the hour and is WONDERFUL!! Thank you for having a great idea and for carrying through on it. The clock is a classy addition to our home, and we now have no excuse for arguing about what day it is!
